Presentation Schemes

Oral Presentations

All the oral sessions will take place in the International Conference Hall on the 3rd floor. There will be no parallel sessions. The hall is equipped with an LCD projector and a PC (The Microsoft Powerpoint 2007 is installed). The time allotted to each oral presentation will be:

      Invited talks:30 min (including 5 min discussion)
      Contributed papers:15 min (including 5 min discussion)

Poster Presentations

Poster sessions, MoP and TuP, are scheduled for 15:30-17:30 on July 22 (Mon) and 23 (Tue). The posters will be displayed in the Small Hall on the ground floor. Each poster board is 120 cm-wide and 210 cm-tall. The poster boards are consecutively numbered, and the presenters are requested to post their poster on the board with the allotted number given in the poster session part of the program. All posters of both MoP and TuP should be set up by 13:30 on July 22 (Mon).

      Setup Time: 12:00-13:30 on July 22 (Mon)
      Poster Session MoP: 15:30-17:30 on 22 July 22 (Mon)
                              TuP: 15:30-17:30 on 23 July 23 (Tue)

Please remove your poster(s) just after Session TuP. All remaining posters will be discarded on July 24 (Wed).
